A LITTLE CLARITY

Before you take the next step.

What you can use today, how the beta works and where the product is heading. Choose the answer you need, then follow a specific next step.

What can I use today?

The free planning tools and expert playbook are available without an account. Edwyn Learn’s invite-only Java beta is live, with 13 published courses, readiness checks, practical assignments and capability records. Studio supports creation, publishing and evidence review with coordinated creator access. Skills and School are in development. See the product family and availability.

Can I teach finance, marketing or another subject?

You can use the course-blueprint planner and playbook for your area of expertise, then discuss a pilot. Studio’s creation and review workflow is domain-neutral. Finance, marketing and business examples on this site are course concepts, not published courses. Java is the current live learner catalogue.

Can I sell courses or receive payouts today?

Paid creator checkout and payouts are not part of this beta. You can plan an offer and discuss a pilot through coordinated Studio access. Pricing, fees and payment terms will be published with a real paid release; we make no earnings promise. See the current creator scope and offer-planning questions.

Can I find talent or assess my team here?

The team planner helps you turn your own observations into a capability conversation, a practice task and review criteria. It does not measure an individual’s ability or search a talent directory. Public discovery and opportunity matching are future work. Read about that direction.

Is the beta free?

Yes. The current invite-only Java learner beta is free. You do not need to provide payment details to take part. Future pricing will be communicated separately. Explore the Java path or request learner access.

Do I need to know Java already?

No. Java Foundations starts with your first program. Returning developers can choose a different starting point. Advanced courses have their own prerequisites; you can follow the route at your level. See the five stages and create a learning starter plan.

What does “demonstrated” mean?

Finishing lessons records study progress. A mapped capability becomes demonstrated when its configured readiness threshold is met and the required practice evidence is accepted by a reviewer. It is a record of those learning facts, not a guarantee of employment or an external qualification. The Java walkthrough illustrates the learning, check, practice and evidence steps without assessing you or saving progress.

How do invitations and creator access work?

The beta coordinator invites you to the learning workspace. An invitation is tied to your email address; you set a password and sign in. Creator access is arranged separately. Request learner access or discuss creator access. A request does not create an account or guarantee an invitation. You can also choose the email option in the access section.

Already joined? Open Edwyn Learn to sign in. If you have an invitation, use its link to create your account.

Is Edwyn only for professional Java learners?

No. The learning method and planning tools work across domains. Java is the first published path and the reference example you can use today. Studio is for experts; Skills and School will serve career growth and younger learners respectively and remain in development. Explore each product’s role.

Does the planner send or save my answers?

The planner creates an authored starter from your selections in your browser. Inputs stay on the page and clear on reload. Download or copy the plan to keep it. Your goal gives context; the tool does not interpret it to invent a bespoke task, match a course or assess you. The separate contact form does not attach the plan automatically. Use fictional or non-confidential details.

What happens when I send an access request?

The contact form stores the details you choose to send in Edwyn’s central CRM for follow-up, after you grant contact permission. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter. A confirmed accepted request does not create an account, guarantee access or confirm email delivery. If confirmation fails, follow the on-screen guidance or use the email option. Go to the access section.
