THE NEXT CONNECTION

Capability should open doors.

Learning and practical work can make a better conversation possible: what can someone do, where do they need support, and what would meaningful progress look like?

Today, the team planner helps you define an expected outcome, an observed gap, a practice task and review criteria using your own inputs. It does not assess an individual, rank employees or search for talent.

Public discovery and opportunity matching are future capabilities. They need explicit sharing choices, tenant participation, individual consent where appropriate, clear assessment standards and ways to correct or revoke claims. Private learning records should not become public by default.

Start with the capability you need.

Use the free team starter to plan a conversation with the people doing the work. Treat an observed gap as a hypothesis, agree a standard and choose a reviewer together.
